Elaman Group Ltd is the data controller for personal data you provide. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, country (collected via Clerk authentication).
• Billing data: payment method tokens (held by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers), invoice history.
• Usage data: which pages you visit, which deals you view, which packs you unlock, support messages you send.
• Concierge data: contents of any Concierge-tier communications.

Why we collect it

To operate your account, provide the service, deliver packs you have purchased, prevent abuse, comply with UK accounting and tax obligations, and improve the product.

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Clerk (authentication)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Neon (database hosting in the EU)
• Vercel (web hosting)
• Sentry (error monitoring; pseudonymous)
• Our accountants and HMRC, as required by law

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

For the lifetime of your account plus seven years for accounting records, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@elaman-group.com. We respond within one calendar month. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
